Enzo Raimondo - Executive Director
Enzo Raimondo is the dynamic force behind, and the public face of The Real Estate Institute of Victoria, as well as the Executive Director of view.com.au, in which the REIV is the controlling shareholder.
Since 2000, Enzo has led the Institute to become the authoritative source of information for the Melbourne and Victorian property market. He is a regular commentator in the media, within the industry and to the wider community.
Enzo is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors; a Fellow of the Australian Institute Of Management; and a Member of National Association of Realtors (USA).
Petra Sprekos - General Manager
Petra knew the day she entered the workforce, she was destined to manage a business. Her ambition was driven by a strong work ethic to create successful teams and over-deliver, principles that to this day Petra still lives by as General Manager of real estate advertising portal view.com.au.
In 2004, Petra was appointed REIV's Online Services Manager overseeing the development, sales and marketing of REIV's online products. During this time Petra's entreprenuerial drive kicked in with the establishment of REIV's data portal propertyDATA.com.au, a business where she has been instrumental in its growth and success.
Three years later, Petra took on the role of General Manager at view.com.au. Under Petra's leadership, the network has grown to more than 1.2 million unique visitors a month with over 350,000 property listings for sale and rent, contributed by more than of 5,000 agencies nationally. Petra's background in property data and online marketing places the business in good stead to become a major player in the real estate online market.
Andrew Beecher - Head of Marketing & Product
Andrew Beecher's foray into online marketing came to fruition in 2003, when he was appointed to General Manager of Marketing and Business Operations at leading online car advertising site, carsales.com.au. This was an unexpected turn for Andrew who began his career as an engineer.
Four years after his carsales stint, Andrew became Executive Officer of the Webfirm Group, an ASX-listed online media business. In 2011, Andrew moved to become Manager of Consumer and Digital Marketing at tradingpost.com.au.
Ready for his next challenge, in 2012, Andrew took up the position of Head of Marketing and Product at view.com.au. By leveraging his experience from Carsales, Andrew aims to establish view.com.au as a viable challenger in the online real estate industry. "Classifieds are one of the oldest forms of print media, so understanding how to make them work online is fundamental. It's been done with jobs and cars; the next step is real estate," says Andrew.
